Rental Prices

The house is available for renting throughout the year.

High Season - January through to and including April - $3500.00 US Dollars, per month.

All other times - $2800.00 US Dollars per month.

All taxes, Cable TV, and local telephone use are included in the rental price.
In addition to the fee above, there is a $100 US Dollar lease fee.

Please note that for rental periods of longer than 3 consecutive months, there would be the possibility to negotiate a discount.

Terms & Conditions of Let

1. All reservations must be confirmed by the payment of a 20% deposit within 2 weeks of provisional booking. Details of how to pay will be given at the time of acceptance of the provisional booking.

2.  50% total rental due 90 days prior to start of lease.

3. The outstanding balance becoming due 30 days prior to start of lease.

4. We would recommend you take out a holiday cancellation Insurance policy as refunds for cancellation will only be made after parallel tenant found. Full cancellation charge applies if no replacement tennant found.

5. There is a security deposit required for repairs / damage/ replacements and cleaning on departure - the balance mailed within 60 days of departure with any deductions listed as per Florida state law.

6) For your comfort and convenience, this is a non-smoking property and we do not accept pets.
